I Like My 2D Disney in 2D, Please

I love Disney animation and therefore hate the idea of converting 2D Disney animated features into faux 3D movies.

    Although I would usually agree, I've heard that the 3D conversion for Beauty and the Beast and The Lion King is really good. People who've seen demos say that Disney has done a really good job in the coversion and they look forward to seeing the finished project.

    Isn't all 3D Faux 3D? Save for real life where you touch 3D objects all the time, There is never anything REALLY popping out of your screen.

    And besides, Since those are cel painted animations, the 3D effect should be great.
