I’m not sure what’s immersive about Punch Bob, but it was the most entertaining thing I saw at the summit. Clock the rubber dummy in the face, and a motion sensor triggers a nearby camera, which in turn feeds a monitor, putting your aggression on display. Creator Richard Whitney of Syyn Labs said Punch Bob could become a commercial attraction for casinos and such, but for now he’s just bringing it to parties.
