Sex in a Box

Sadly, no hot cartoon astronaut ladies ever made it to US Game Boy packaging. Instead, Nintendo reserved such illustrations for variations of the Game Boy Light console. These backlit handhelds (released in 1997) never made it out of Japan, but they received plenty of color variations while they were there. Perhaps that sensuous green glow was too much for Puritan America to handle.
