Worst. Company-customer interaction. Ever. Or at least since the legendary “cancel AOL” phone call…
While ATT certainly SUCKS at customer service, I don’t think they’re bothered by their customers. I think they’re bothered by loud, arrogant, annoying customers, which they unfortunately create by having terrible customer service.
IMO Giorgio should stop threatening people, shut up and just switch carriers.
