I think it’s possible that MSN Direct Smart Watches are the single worst product ever associated with Microsoft, at least in their initial form–even when they worked properly, which they often didn’t, they simply didn’t have some of the features that Microsoft trumpeted in its massive ad campaign for them. And their user interfaces were pretty darn confusing, as you can kind of see even in this diagram.
